The FG-300SE features a self-levelling head for perfect alignment to achieve a smooth and level floor surface finish.
The larger 300mm head processes more floor area than the traditional 250mm floor grinders
The FG-300SE is ideal for applications such as grinding concrete floors, repairing damaged concrete slabs, removing surface coverings, smoothing rough surfaces and levelling uneven surfaces.
The machine is lightweight and portable for one person operation.
The FG-300SE is equipped with a 3 kW 220 V single phase 50Hz, 18.5 Amp motor with 10m cable.
A flexible Dust Shroud around the grinding disk adds protection from loose particles and keeps dust and debris contained for vacuum extraction. The heavy-duty Dust Shroud can be replaced as needed.
An auxiliary vacuum system can be coupled to the exhaust port for dust extraction. The vacuum hose is held out of the operators way by the hose brackets.
The lifting handle assists easy handling, tie down during transport and moving between work areas.
The frame handle is adjustable to ensure that the handlebar is always positioned correctly for operator comfort whilst 200mm diameter caster wheels ensure smooth and stable running on rough and smooth surfaces.
A starter box incorporating a circuit breaker is mounted within easy reach of the operator.
The Deadman Switch is connected to the starter box circuit as a further safety feature. The switch cuts the motor when released by the operator.
Handlebars with comfortable grips are ergonomically positioned, resulting in better productivity with less operator fatigue.
The electric motor is connected to the grinding plate by our custom made, super flexible Y-FORCE grinding coupler.
The FG-300SE coupler accommodates a variety of grinding plates with universal bolt patterns for exchangeability.
