Skip is locked in place within the Skip Cradle by two heavy-duty spring mounted pins for safe transportation.
The design is optimized to provide the best structural strength in relation to the weight.
Landing legs ensure complete stability so that skips can be offloaded on any surface or on uneven terrain.
The Skip is suspended at 4 points by high-strength chain with a load capacity of over 3 tons.
During tipping the Skip Cradle is secured by steel arms which allow the Skip to be almost fully inverted.
Skips are made from 3mm Mild steel with reinforced corners for added strength and wear resistance. The base design allows for the Skip to be moved with a forklift or pallet jack.
Extensions can easily be attached to the skip. This increases the Skip volume for lighter, bulkier materials.
A rotating crossbar strengthens the Skip Cradle and supports the skip when inverted whilst tipping material.
25mm locking pins are used to anchor the Cradle during transportation and during tipping.
The Landing legs are made of robust 6mm galvanised steel and can be independently raised or lowered to ensure complete stability on uneven terrain.
Rubberised platforms provide the operator with a secure footing to access the skip once loaded onto the trailer.
A 2700kg braked ball coupler is mounted and tested to comply with legal tongue weight specifications. A double-wheel 300kg jockey safely supports the trailer in all loading conditions.
The 8000lb (3.6 ton) 12V Warn winch with remote control comfortably and safely allows the operator to lift, lower and tip fully-loaded skips

A tipping hook is placed on either side of the skip to allow for the skip to be used in any orientation.
Corner gussets allow for efficient nesting of skips during transportation and storage. Skip covers can also be hooked to the gussets to prevent losing material during transport.
